For example, deionized water and other chemicals are commonly used in the manufacturing of silicon wafers, which can cause problems such as component contamination. Therefore, pipes made of high-purity PTFE can allow such cleaning agents to pass through the pipes for component cleaning, largely avoiding contamination. In the manufacturing process of semiconductor materials, some tool parts can be processed by polytetrafluoroethylene material, which can not only realize the pollution resistance of finished parts, but also ensure the quality of finished products. Some semiconductor components with higher cleaning requirements are made of PTFE material, which can avoid the contamination and erosion of components by fluids. Polytetrafluoroethylene is resistant to high temperature and atmospheric aging, so these properties can also be used to make parts and replace some materials with poor performance.
