C. Main application
LL08: low density, board oil-free thread tape; LL18: medium density, board oil-free thread tape; LL38: for paste extruded small tube and rod.

E. Following is the recommended processing conditions for oil-free thread sealing tape
a) Solven: aviation kerosene
b) Solvent amount: 19~20% of the amount of the powder
c) Temperature and time for solvent infiltration:45℃ for more than 14 hours
d) Extrusion temperature: 50~55℃
e) Oil removal conditon: at least 5 seconds at temperature above 220℃
f) Stretching temperature: 295~305℃ for broad tape. 300~310℃ for narrow tape
g) Stretching ratio:24/1
F. Packing, Storage and Transportation
l 20kg net packed in double PE plastic bags with a cardboard drum outside.
l Transported as non-hazardous chemical. Avoid damped, rolling and fiercely shaking during transportation.
l Store in clean, cool and dry place. Avoid contamination by foreign substance such as moisture and dust.
G. Safety Precaution
Toxic gases will produce when the material is heated above 260℃. Smoking is prohibited in contact with the product.
H. Shelf Life
The product could be stored for long time in clean, dry place with temperature during 0~30℃
